The top bar's unified search box + filter panel (29d0c335) already drives
the same shared filter store, so the files-page SearchFilterBar had become
a second, redundant input. Remove the component and its mount; the shared
store, URL sync and the files page's in-place search mode all stay — the
top bar is now the only filter writer. Drop the orphaned locale keys
(filter.placeholder/keyword/clear_keyword) from all 16 locales and rework
the affected tests to drive the store directly, with a resetFilters() +
URL reset in beforeEach to keep the module-level store from leaking.

Unify the upstream top-bar search box and the local SearchFilterBar into
one filtering capability sharing a single state store, with the URL as
its projection:
- lib/stores/filter.svelte.ts: module-level $state store, the single
source of truth; every surface mutates the same proxy in place
- lib/composables/useFilterUrlSync.svelte.ts: one $effect serves both
directions (URL -> store adoption, store -> URL replaceState write)
with echo suppression so the loop settles in one round-trip
- FilterFields.svelte: the five selects (type/size/modified/created/
kind) + recursive switch; word lists and i18n labels live in one
place; SearchFilterBar reuses it instead of its own copies
- TopBarFilterPanel.svelte: dropdown panel anchored inside the top-bar
search input (in-field toggle button with active-count badge);
Escape/outside-click close, no overlay stacking with suggestions
- FilterChips.svelte: dismissible chips on /search, which is now
URL-driven and loses its three inline <select>s
- New dimensions the backend already supported: kind (file/folder,
resource_types) and created (created_after); URL keys q/type/size/
date/created/kind/recursive, non-defaults only, unknown values
degrade to defaults
- /files keeps in-place filtering (no navigation); folderTarget
carries filter params through folder entry; ?file= and in/scope
survive filter writes
- topbar.css: input right padding reserves the three in-field controls
Backend unchanged.

this API to iterate parent up to the drive root or the shared folder
this will help UI to build the breadcrumb in 1 API call
and to identify the root element (is it a drive users has access to or
a shared folder ?)
ui: now only 1 API call is now required to build the breadcrumb
restore the legacy display with new element uploaded, when swimlane is in place
as the sort is done by server side just add new element in a "new elements" swimlane.
if user continue to scroll down in cursor/pages and item is found from server,
UI remove it from the new element and restore the position
other option: is user refresh it's page, server will restore the natural order
- add resource kind filter (file, folder, drive) in shared section (localStorage stored)
- add user preferences serverside store
- add client side dotfile filter (show/hide dotfiles) (user perf stored, default: dotfiles are shown)
for security trashed dotfile are always displayed
protection added: if a folder has only hidden items, a notification invite user to display it
if a user rename or create a hidden item, a notification tells it to user
The ko.json locale existed but was missing 377 of 1392 keys (~27%),
covering entire feature areas added since the initial translation:
admin plugin management, storage/OIDC/SMTP settings, photos, music
playlists, device pairing, search filters, share dialogs, and more.
Filled in all missing keys with natural Korean translations matching
the existing tone and terminology in the file (파일/폴더/공유/업로드
등), verified full key parity with en.json (1392/1392) and matching
{{placeholder}} interpolation tokens on every translated string.
Bundles the backend+frontend delta-upload (content-dedup) feature with a
batch of frontend fixes from this session.
Upload / dedup:
- Client-hashed delta & instant upload (deltaUpload, hashWasm vendor shim)
- Backend dedup batch endpoint (dedup_service, dedup_handler, routes)
- session store owned-hash helpers; unit tests + upload-strategy bench
Frontend UI/UX:
- Colour file-type icons in grid/list (per-type tinted tiles + glyph hue)
- Robust thumbnail fallback; PDFs now show their type icon (backend
generates no PDF thumbnails) instead of a blank tile
- Fix PDF preview: load via a same-origin blob: iframe — the API URL is
blocked by the global X-Frame-Options: DENY in the browser's framed
PDF viewer, matching the existing CSP `frame-src blob:` design
- Groups: localized virtual-group description (no DB schema-note leak),
add nav.groups to the 15 missing locales, fix primary-button contrast
- Repoint --color-text-light → --color-on-accent (was faint grey on accent)
- Nudge the admin role badge off the user-menu header divider
