Backend — Photos timeline now groups by real capture date instead of upload time. New MediaMetadataService (FileLifecycleHook) extracts EXIF DateTimeOriginal from images and container creation_time from videos (mov/mp4/mkv) via nom-exif, timezone-correct (OffsetTimeOriginal), persisting captured_at so the existing media_sort_date trigger takes over. Adds POST /admin/photos/metadata/reextract to backfill existing media. Falls back to upload date when no embedded date exists.
Frontend — premium grid cards: combined metadata line (relative date · size, owner avatar when shared), custom selection checkbox with a clear checked state, uniform full-width 4:3 thumbnail tiles independent of filename length, centered file-type icons, and a hit-test fix so checkbox/star/kebab clicks reach the controls (the decorative thumbnail no longer captures pointer events). Notification messages internationalised across all 16 locales. Broader polish: design tokens, a11y/focus-visible states, brand + PWA assets.
Chore — bump semver-compatible dependencies (cargo upgrade); add nom-exif 3.6.1.

issue: on folder creation view was wiped and displaying only the new folder
fix: add a "new" swimlane if in group mode and scroll up to the new created folder
- add coalesced protection to avoid mail bombing if an invited goes many grant in a short period
- add resentd method in share menu item (work for both internal and external users)
- user can disable email notification via his properties
- add env variable from admin to disable notifications
- remove the hardcoded list of locales in favor of a discovry on start time
- server will stop on badly formatted locale .json
- add server.* entries for serer side translation
server side translation will be used for templating and email
note: no json in some embded html (like in /magic), amount of work was similar

List subject groups (paginated). Admin-only.

Create a new ReBAC subject group. Admin-only. The name must match the RFC 5321 local-part shape and be globally unique (case-insensitive).

Search non-virtual groups by name substring. Authenticated only (no admin role required) — backs the share-dialog recipient autocomplete.

Fetch a single group's details. Admin-only.
DELETE /api/groups/{id}
Delete a group. Cascades to `subject_group_members` (FK) and to `access_grants` rows referencing this group as a subject. Admin-only.
PATCH /api/groups/{id}
Update a group's metadata. Admin-only. v1 only persists name renames.
GET /api/groups/{id}/effective-members
List every user transitively reached through this group (members of members of members, etc.). Used by admin / audit tooling. Admin-only.
GET /api/groups/{id}/members
List the *direct* members of a group (one level only). Admin-only.
POST /api/groups/{id}/members
Add a member to a group. Exactly one of `user_id` / `group_id` must be provided. Adding a group-member runs a write-time cycle check and a nesting-depth check (max 8). Admin-only.

Remove a nested group-member from a group. Admin-only.

- Move 38 misplaced root-level shared_* keys into shared.shared_* in
de, es, fr, pt (values preserved, just re-nested correctly)
- Add 17 missing music.* keys to all non-en languages (en fallback)
- Add missing dialogs.*, actions.*, shared.*, notifications.* keys to
fa (33), zh (71), de (20), fr (22), it (22), nl (20), pt (22)
- Sync language_selector.languages across all 14 locales (was missing
ar, hi, it, ja, ko, nl, ru in most files)
All 14 languages now have exactly 575 keys matching en.json.
The share dialog for folders was failing because dialogs.share_folder
key was missing from all locale files. The contextMenus.js code
references this key when opening the share dialog for folders:
window.i18n.t('dialogs.share_folder')
Added the missing key to all 14 locale files with appropriate
translations for each language.
